In my effort to turn omg_lightsaber's (go join) OOC Darth Maul tattooednhorny (me) into the antithesis of the canon Darth Maul, he has become:

- A Jedi (undergoing training, no rank)
- A Healer
- Infatuated with Obi-Wan and YODA

And much lolz are had.

He's also somewhat naive and innocent, and not at all evil. I decided to have him maintain his great skillz in combat and Force use*** and also a few traits which I feel are essential to his character -- his complete dedication to what he believes in, his willingness to learn, his being happiest when he's training and improving himself ... So he's still Darth Maul, but key elements are reversed.

I wonder if he shouldn't have the funky fanged teeth or starburst eyes, as I think they're both from Dark Side taint (I know his eyes are, and it's been assumed by many the Dark Side rots you inside [ie: teeth]). But oh well. I like his eyes.

*** According to a site I found he's apparently among those with the highest midichlorian counts in the Star Wars universe. Who knew? He's ranked higher than Asajj Ventress, Ki Adi Mundu, Qui-Gon Jinn, Aalya Secura, Kit Fisto, General Grievous, Yaddle, Xanatos, and most other Sith Lords, to name a few. Obi-Wan, Dooku, Darth Plagueis and Mace Windu are around his level. Of course, I don't know how valid the information is. From his canon, I'm led to believe he was more than strong enough to do all the flashy junk quite easily (Force choke, Force lightning, Force persuasion) but simply chose not to/didn't learn it. In one of the books that's considered canon for him, it's described that he prefers some kind of purity of combat or something, and dispatches enemies with grace instead of by crude methods. Meaning he'll pwn your ass with his body and lightsaber and doesn't need anything else, I guess. ;D

This is so cool.
